WhatsOrder (“we”) provides online catalog and WhatsApp ordering software. This page explains what data the product handles in general terms. It is not legal advice.
Account data
When you register we store your name, email, password hash, business name, and storefront settings you provide (such as WhatsApp number, address, and catalog content).
Order data
When a customer checks out, the order details they submit (items, contact information, delivery or pickup choice, and notes) are stored for your business and used to build the WhatsApp message. WhatsOrder does not process customer payments.
Orders are sent when the customer opens WhatsApp via a deep link and taps Send. Message delivery is handled by WhatsApp, not by WhatsOrder. WhatsOrder is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
