By creating a WhatsOrder account you agree to use the service lawfully and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalog, prices, and WhatsApp number, and for fulfilling orders you accept.

The service

WhatsOrder lets you publish an online catalog, collect checkout details, and open a WhatsApp conversation with a pre-filled order. Customers must send the WhatsApp message themselves. WhatsOrder does not guarantee WhatsApp delivery and does not process customer payments.

Plans and billing

WhatsStore offers one yearly plan (up to 10,000 products and 1 custom domain). There is no free trial. Pricing is by market: the published yearly price on whatsstore.in (India) or whatsstore.app (international). Features and limits may change; the dashboard reflects your current subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not use WhatsOrder for illegal goods or services, spam, or content you do not have rights to publish. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or other users.
